Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Czech Post with tracking service. We use registered mail to be sure that you will get your ordered goods safely. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. The usual time for delivery overseas is up to 14 days, however please be patient as sometimes it could be more.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to your address. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on The Czech Fashion Jewellery website are inclusive Czech VAT.

When ordering goods from The Czech Fashion Jewellery for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from The Czech Fashion Jewellery, you are considered the importer of the jewellery and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us through our contact email. Please note that we can only cancel items if they have not yet shipped.

For items we have already shipped, we will refund items that are returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item, provided they are in perfect condition.


The unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item/s. For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

Once items have returned to our warehouse, a refund will be automatically applied to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe return of the item and this is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect than it´s at our expense.

Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us through our contact email giving details of your order.
